Refund policy

Items such as sneakers and streetwear are accepted to be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items such as collectibles and trading cards have no return policy. For any return request please E-Mail: Info@sneakernerds.com with your order number!

The returned products must be completely new, i.e. not worn, and in their original packaging perfectly intact. Returned products that show any signs of wear, use, or damage, or if the product is made unfair for sale, as well as if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered, will not be processed by our team. 

Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package to prevent damage to the original shoe box. We have the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.

Shipping costs made while returning your order will not be reimbursed by provided by Sneakernerds

If your return is accepted, your refund will automatically be processed and credited to your account for a new shoe. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.

If your return is refused, you will be informed by email within 2-3 working days. We will then ship back your returned items to your address, at your expense.
